ASIC Price Increases

On the 1st of July each year, ASIC slightly increases the fees payable on certain applications and lodgements which increases the prices we charge by that amount only - our service charges remain unchanged.

This year, for example, ASIC is increasing its fee to incorporate a standard proprietary limited company by $9 to $488.

ASIC have flagged some service interruptions for the weekend of 30th June which will have an impact on clients ability to register companies. If you need a company this financial year we suggest you don’t leave it until the last minute.
