On behalf of the Patricia Holdings Team, we hope you, your family and your team are keeping your spirits up and hopefully are also all healthy and well.

Much has rapidly changed in the Australian business community, and indeed Australia, from our last Business Continuity - COVID-19 update a couple of weeks ago.

As the COVID-19 crisis changes day-to-day in Australia, we have also rapidly changed our processes to ensure the safety of our team and to maintain our high level of customer service. We have spent the last fortnight striving to set everything up so that all our staff can work from home while continuing to provide our complete suite of services including deliveries of hard copy products.

In response to yesterday’s government advice, we will be trialling all staff working from home this Wednesday 1 April. All going well, we anticipate that as at Monday 6 April our office will only be open two days per week, on Monday and Thursday from 9am-5pm for the foreseeable future.

On days when our office is closed, or in the event of a government order where no one is permitted to attend the office, we will continue to provide services Monday through to Friday 9am-5:30pm and will be contactable by online chat and email during these times. If you’d instead like to speak with a member of our team over the phone,  simply email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your name and phone number and a team member will call you back within 15 minutes (during business hours). Any voicemails left on the office phone will only be checked when someone is in the office so it is not advisable to request contact this way.

From next week we will be only be stamping NSW Trust Deeds that have been posted to our address twice per week, rather than every day, so there may be a delay of a day or two on NSW stamping. Victorian Trust Deeds and digitally signed NSW Trust Deeds can be stamped by our team from off-site so there shouldn’t be a delay on these. When sending NSW Trust Deeds to us please use the PO Box rather than our street address. Please send to:

Patricia Holdings
PO Box 1714
Neutral Bay 2089

We have also made some changes to our credit terms for professional firms which you will see on your statement on 1 April.

We thank you for your support during this difficult period and pledge to you that we will do our best to continue business as usual throughout. We wish you, your family and your business all the best as we all work to navigate these unprecedented times – together.
