Stamp duty on establishing trust in Victoria is fixed, as long as they are stamped within 30 days of the date of execution. The cost is $200. Interest may be payable if the deed is not stamped within the 30 days.
Patricia Holdings then charges a small service fee on top of the compulsory government fees above of only $110+gst (assuming the deed is sent to us electronically).
